[CONT] ...boat. A good restaurant & pizzeria is now open along the coastal road and the grocery shop nearby has more than the basic stuff. For a wider choice, a supermarket is found at the entrance of the village of Goodlands, at a 15 minutes’ drive towards the North / Grand Bay.
This unique property has been called “L’Ilot” since the first half of last century, since a holiday house was built on this tiny islet in the lagoon of Roches Noires. Connected to mainland by a 100 m bridge, an electricity cable and a water pipe, the ancient house has been replaced by a 300squm luxury villa, standing out of the other beach villas like a crown’s jewel.
More than a villa, L’Ilot is a lifestyle concept where warm welcoming details and services offered to guests make all the difference between L’Ilot and another beach villa rental. The Island can be reached by a long jetty from the main land by car.
The villa is has Indoor and outdoor living and dining room with a Gas barbecue at guests’ disposal for outdoor usage. This modern and spacious villa is directly on the ocean and the area is peaceful and ideally suited for a relaxing holiday.
The terrace can be closed at your convenience with beautiful furniture for a relax stay and a big wooden table for lunches with great sea view. Villa L’Ilot counts a selection of books for our guests’ enjoyment while on the premises. Books left by previous guests’ are also made available, an “IPod” station is provided, Flat-screen television, a selection of DVD’s are also available upon request to the staff and Wi-Fi Internet connection is available throughout the villa.
Accommodation Details
Two air-conditioned double bedrooms with sea view, attached bathroom and toilet. One air-conditioned double bedroom with sea view. One air-conditioned children bedroom with three single beds with a sea view. One independent bathroom and toilet. A well-equipped kitchen with micro-wave oven, dish-washer and all other useful kitchen appliances. Bed-linen and towels are provided and changed regularly.
Staff
Daily service is provided 7 days a week, by two maids with cooking skills. The maids take care of the house cleaning, dish-washing, washing, ironing as well as some local cuisine and simple meals. Meals are not included in the daily rental rates.
