The Grill at The Dorchester
Aiden Byrne – Head Chef of The Grill, won his first Michelin star aged just 22. His modern British menu sources ingredients from around the UK. Signature dishes include roasted Cornish scallops with white truffle and white chocolate risotto, & braised chicken with potato mousse truffle and Parmesan sabayon.
Equally popular are modern interpretations of traditional British dishes and old classics such as Scottish smoked salmon and Roast Rib of beef also remain on the menu.
To ensure a perfect experience is had by all, wine professional and head Sommelier Jason McAuliffe is on hand to expertly pair and suggest wines to best compliment each particular menu item.
