La Cucina Caldesi, London’s family run Italian cookery school offers an exciting range of Italian food and wine courses, tailor made classes as well as children’s activities.
La Cucina Caldesi is run by Katie and Giancarlo Caldesi, and courses at the school are taught exclusively by Italians or those with a passion for all things Italian. Tutors include Ghalid Assyb, chef/founder of renowned Ottolenghi in Notting Hill, Valentina Harris, Ursula Ferrigno, Sophie Grigson, Franco Taruschio, former Head Chef of The Walnut Tree Inn, and specialist patisserie chef Stefano Borella.
