Founded by Jean Daum in Nancy in 1878, the French crystal manufacturer has been at the forefront of decorative glassmaking for over 120 years, creating unique works of art that heralded the arrival of both the Art Nouveau and Art Deco styles. Determination, creative flair and technical expertise characterise the dynasty whose longevity in artistic glasswork and especially in the ancient process of pâte de verre, remains exceptional.

Renowned for Daum’s huge array of colours with vivid depth and clarity, it is little wonder than artists throughout time have sought to design for them – Philippe Starck, Dan Dailey, Manolo Valdez, Arman, Dali, to name but a few.
