These two charming houses are located in the picturesque village of Cateri in the Balagne region, only 10 kms away from Calvi and Ile Rousse.
The area is characterized by its very pretty traditional villages with paved streets, clinging to mountainsides. unchanged over the centuries, as well as its sandy beaches and secluded coves, dotted along the coastline between Calvi and Ile Rousse, and its vineyards, citrus orchards and olive groves.
Situated in private grounds and surrounded by olive, orange and lemon trees, the two villas are separated by a wooden terrace with a shared infinity pool (9 x 3m), from where they wonderful scenery of the coast of Balagne can be enjoyed.

The very pretty village is full of character, and there is a restaurant next door can also deliver meals to guests on request.
The two houses exude the warmth of a real home away from home, and are well equipped with air conditioning, flat screen TV, DVD player, hi-fi stereo, wifi and Ipod docking station. Both have a large, sunny terrace with outdoor dining area and gas barbecue, and beautiful sea views.
The accommodation in each villa is on two levels and each has three bedrooms. In July and August both villas must be rented together for a minimum of two weeks. Out of high season, the villas can be rented separately, or together, for a minimum stay of one week.

Villa A: Living space of 180 m2, sleeps 6 adults and 1 extra child.
Entrance Level
Entrance hall with guest WC. Open-plan living room with fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen with table and chairs, opening to the terrace and outdoor dining area.
Lower Level
Double bedroom with 180 cm bed, and en-suite shower room and wc. Double bedroom (160 cm bed) with en suite bathroom (bath with shower attachment). Double bedroom (180 cm) also with 1 single bed (90 cm), en suite shower room, washbasin and wc.
Hamman and outdoor shower on the adjoining patio.
Villa B: Living space of 140 m2, sleeps 6 adults.
Entrance Level
Landing with guest WC. Living room, opening to the terrace. Fully equipped kitchen with table and chairs.
Lower Level
Double bedroom (40 cm bed), with large en-suite shower room and separate WC, and office corner with desk. Double bedroom (180 cm bed) with en suite bathroom (bath with shower attachment). A separate studio with private entrance gives the house a third bedroom with 160 cm double bed, and en-suite shower room with washbasin and WC.
