  • You will receive a call from one of the Key-2 Luxury managers to confirm everything is approved and correct.

Terms & Conditions applicable to the arrangement between Supplier and K2L

  • The exclusive privileges shall be offered and provided indefinitely subject to four months written notice of cancellation by either the Supplier or K2L. Any other changes to these terms or the exclusive privileges must be agreed by both Parties and in writing;
  • The Supplier shall not offer the exclusive privilege(s), or any better, to any other Party;
  • All information collected by K2L will be treated with the strictest of confidence. The Supplier agrees to treat all information regarding K2L’s business and procedures with the strictest of confidence. The Supplier acknowledges and agrees that Keyholders’ details are confidential and shall not be stored, reproduced or used for any purpose other than to verify that the presenter of a key ring is the Keyholder;
  • The Supplier agrees to provide and update K2L with the latest versions of the Promotional Material;
  • The Supplier shall ensure that ALL members of staff, employed directly or otherwise, recognise the K2L key ring, are aware of the exclusive privileges offered by the Supplier and are polite and courteous to all Keyholders whilst on or in the vicinity of the Venue;
  • K2L shall use the Promotional Material to promote the exclusive privileges offered via its website. K2L may decide at its sole discretion to use the Promotional Material in and through other promotional articles, mediums or projects;
  • The Supplier warrants that it is entitled to grant K2L a licence to use the Promotional Material for the purposes of promotion;
  • The Supplier grants a non-exclusive licence to K2L to hold and use the Promotional Material until this arrangement is terminated by either Party under these terms and conditions;
  • K2L reserves the right to remove the Supplier’s Promotional Material from any promotional medium of K2L, including the website, if it believes that to do so would be in the best interests of K2L’s business or its Keyholders;
  • Any dispute arising from or in relation to this arrangement shall be governed by the laws of England and the English Courts shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction to hear such disputes.
